Product Description
Composed of multiple sets of rollers, this is the core component of the trapezoidal tile press. The number and arrangement of the rollers are determined according to the specific shape and size requirements of the trapezoidal tile. These rollers are usually made of high-quality steel (such as 45# steel) and are precisely processed to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the rollers. The surface of the rollers may be specially treated, such as hard chrome plating, to improve its wear resistance and corrosion resistance. During the working process, the plate is gradually bent and formed between the rollers to form the basic shape of the trapezoidal tile.

The shearing part of some trapezoidal tile pressing machines also has a positioning device, such as an encoder, which can accurately control the shearing length so that the length accuracy of the produced trapezoidal tiles reaches a high level and meets the use requirements in fields such as construction.
